Description: |
I was just about ready to leave this rural crossing east of Keenesburg when a headlight suddenly appreared.. it formed into a 2 geep light set hustling west. Here we are looking at the tattered bluebonnet trailing unit..a nice catch of a vanishing breed! |

BNSF 2854Hdsn |
Description: |
GP39-2 2854 is coupled with the 1567, GP40X 3035 and 1 other ATSF paint unit at Hudson terminal tank car facility for the labor day weekend. Her ATSF paint has stood up well over the years despite the gap in her Sa-nta Fe billboard letters. The 2854 has a long page of photos here, and has spent most of the last 10 years or so close to Denver. |
