All that remains of a short industrial spur 2 blocks from my house..there was about 1 1/2 blocks of isolated old track leading to a long gone industry here. By the time i had gotten around to photo it, almost all of it got ripped out pending redevelopment of the lot. |

While not exactly related to the RRPA theme, CRST's are often seen on trains..This slightly wrecked trailer was seen at a Cheyenne truck stop and may be undergoing repairs or have a second life as a storage shed. As a RxR related item, it may be a cool modelling project for a bare corner of the layout! CRST began life in 1955 as 'Cedar Rapids Steel Transport' and grew from there.. |

It had been at a local trackside business at Hudson, Colorado for many years, as I can recall seeing it there in the 1990's.
